We are not interested in what they think. We are interested in what "God said".

We have read many, many interviews, magazines and books for CCM. We have listened to hundreds of CCM tapes and videos. We have attended CCM concerts. We are interested in their message and music.

Most CCM artists are probably sincere, nice and concerned people. But we are interested in their music and message.

But shouldn't you obey Matthew 18:15 and "go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone"?

"Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother." Matthew 18:15

We are not dealing with a personal "trespass against thee". We are not dealing with a "fault". We are dealing with false doctrine; worldly compromise, gospel perversion, clear practices and teachings contrary to the word of God. And those are serious actions that need to be "reproved, rebuked and exhorted will all longsuffering and doctrine".

2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
2 Timothy 4:2-4

The Bible commands us "whose mouths must be stopped" and "Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;"

10 For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision:
11 Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake.
12 One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies.
13 This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;
Titus 1:10-13

Several popular artists and authors have written us to discuss the issue. Our reply: "We would be happy to discuss CCM. But we will discuss it only in the light of the King James Bible. We are not interested in opinions, feelings, what you think, what you believe — but 'what saith the Lord'".

It's interesting in EVERY request to discuss CCM with the King James Bible — they never respond back! NOT ONE! Not one would judge CCM with the word of God.
